Mainland
UK & Northern Ireland delivery (excluding Channel Islands)
You
can order either online or by calling our order hotline 01604
491500. The UK includes: England, Northern
Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. The post
and packing cost includes first class recorded delivery and
packaging
of 65 pence. Alternatively, courier delivery can be chosen
at £5.95, which has been reduced from £6.75. We
use trackable post to avoid missing packages and provide
you with the ability to track the order.

Islands, Scottish
Highlands and BFPO orders Delivery to these areas can be slightly
higher than mainland deliveries. If you are concerned about

ship all of our overseas orders by Air Mail International Signed
For or ParcelForce, depending on the weight.

Delivery Methods
and Delivery Options
The
delivery service requires a signature. You are given
the option to have your order delivered by either Royal Mail
Recorded Delivery or via Courier. UK Mainland Courier
Deliveries are capped at £5.95. The
delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order
summary page just before you submit your order.
Please note on some occasions, products may
be out of stock, in which case your order will either be partially
shipped, or we will inform you that your order is being held
until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
Return / Refund
Policy If you are not satisfied with the goods and
inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we
will give a full refund.
Goods must however, be
returned unused, in their original packaging for a full
refund to be made. If the goods are not this condition then
we charge a restocking fee which takes into account the devaluation
of the goods due to use/damage and an administrative cost.
Or we will exchange items if they are faulty
on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the
customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned
must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
If you do not receive a product, you must let
us know within 10 days of placing your order, otherwise we cannot
send a replacement.
